Poetic Vengence

After the death of Jeffrey Lai, I was a little sad that I stopped receiving these letters. Now after three years, another finally arrived - this time in the form of a poem.

Once a man thought he was strong
But he didn’t know where he’ll belong
For while birthdays were widely celebrated
Anthony thought that they were overrated
For no one threw him a party or gave him a gift
He felt left out and it made him grief
Now Anthony thought as an angry man
“If I can’t celebrate my birthday, nobody can.”
So when he heard the chorus of good cheer
He took his tennis racquet and a can of chilled beer
For if they were dead, he wouldn’t need to hear them say
The two words never said to him, “Happy birthday.”

After doing some research, it seems like this poem fits the description of the serial murderer, the Birthday Surprise Killer.  This man is old school, as in, he (or she, we really don't know) was last scene twenty odd years ago.

Grin While You Can

So I've just received another letter from the same guy telling me that his next target would be a "rising Malaysian star."

I know that's not really a helpful clue but I have come up with some idea as who it might be.

Shila Chin
Yes, the person many called the next Nicole Davids before she was imprisoned for possessing illegal substances.

Ashton Lim
Singer/songwriter Ashton has received a lot of public attention after he openly professed that he was gay.

Jeffrey Lai
Everybody knows the famous national level tennis player who was acquitted of his crimes because of his potential to bring us "national pride".

Who do you think it will be?

The Untouchable has been Challenged

It would seem that this crime blog is receiving more attention than I originally thought and that is a good thing. People need to know that there is injustice in this nation and I will do everything in my ability to dig out the truth and give it to my readers here.

So I recently received what I initially thought of as fan mail but it turned out to be news worth sharing.  In this letter was written details of a crime yet to take place, it gave me the exact date of the crime as well as details regarding how the crime would be done.  The letter specifically told me not to release the date of the crime but to publish an article regarding the victim and the crime.  With such newsworthiness in the letter, I cannot help but publish this article.

According to the letter, a certain Kumar a/l Balakrishandiany would be murdered soon.  For all my faithful readers, you know Kumar a/l Balakrishandiany to be the leader of the 12th Street Gang, the city's most dangerous gang notorious for their hostility and violence. We know Kumar to be the most brutal of them all and we know him to be guilty of many cold blooded murders but the Police have not been able to do anything because Kumar is a rich man and anything - even freedom - has a price in this nation. When money could not help him, Kumar has been known to use threats or even have one of his men admit to his crimes.

It would be interesting to see if Mr. Kumar - the untouchable - can really be killed. I believe in all honesty that he deserves it so badly.

So is this an empty threat or a promise? Check back here periodically to get your updates on this "Punisher"-like threat.
